Industries
The commercial goal comes first.
Every sector below has a different definition of a result. These are the industries we work in most often, the problem we usually find, and what we measure.
Commercial goal: Direct bookings
Hospitality & Villas
Capabilities involved
The typical problem
Occupancy depends on OTA platforms that own the guest relationship and take a margin on every stay. Direct booking traffic exists but arrives on pages that cannot answer a guest’s real questions, and there is rarely a record of which channel produced which reservation.
How we approach it
Build a direct-booking path worth using: property content that shows what guests actually compare, campaigns aimed at the markets that travel to Phuket in each season, and tracking that separates direct demand from OTA-driven demand so the two can be managed rather than confused.
What we measure
- Direct booking enquiries and confirmed reservations by channel
- Cost per direct booking compared with effective OTA commission
- Share of revenue arriving through owned channels
- Enquiry response time during and outside office hours
Commercial goal: Qualified property enquiries
Real Estate & Construction
Capabilities involved
The typical problem
High-value sales cycles produce a lot of low-intent contact. Sales teams spend their time on enquiries that were never going to buy, while genuinely interested buyers wait. Nobody can say which campaign produced the enquiries that reached a viewing.
How we approach it
Qualify earlier. Campaigns and landing pages state price band, location and ownership structure up front, enquiry forms capture what the sales team needs to prioritise, and every lead carries its source into the CRM so the pipeline can be read backwards to the campaign.
What we measure
- Qualified enquiries against an agreed qualification standard
- Cost per qualified enquiry and per booked viewing
- Enquiry-to-viewing and viewing-to-reservation rates
- Pipeline value attributed back to campaign and channel
Commercial goal: Booked appointments
Clinics, Beauty & Wellness
Capabilities involved
The typical problem
Enquiries arrive constantly through LINE, Instagram and phone, and a large share are never followed up. Promotions drive volume but attract people looking for the cheapest price rather than the treatments the clinic wants to fill.
How we approach it
Move the conversation from price to suitability. Campaigns lead with the outcome and the standard of care, content answers the questions people ask before they commit, and enquiry handling is structured so LINE and social messages reach a person and get logged like any other lead.
What we measure
- Appointments booked, not just messages received
- Cost per booked appointment by treatment category
- Follow-up rate and time to first response on LINE and social messages
- Repeat and returning patient share over time
Commercial goal: Seat and charter sales
Tourism, Marine & Travel
Capabilities involved
The typical problem
Demand is seasonal, competitive and largely intermediated. Operators fill capacity through agents at thin margins, and when direct demand does appear the booking path is slow, manual or only available in one language.
How we approach it
Build a direct channel that works in the season it is needed. Campaigns follow the calendar and the source markets actually arriving, content shows the experience honestly, and the enquiry path works in Thai and English on a phone, in the moment the decision is made.
What we measure
- Direct enquiries and confirmed charters or seats sold
- Cost per booking compared with agent commission
- Seasonal fill rate against capacity
- Share of bookings taken without manual back-and-forth
Commercial goal: Covers and reservations
Restaurants & Hospitality Groups
Capabilities involved
The typical problem
Discovery happens on social and maps, but the assets that appear there are inconsistent across venues, the menu online does not match the menu served, and there is no way to tell whether a busy Saturday came from marketing or from the weather.
How we approach it
Get the fundamentals consistent across every venue and every listing first, then use paid media for the nights and seasons that need filling. Content is produced in batches so each venue has a usable library, and reservation and enquiry paths are tracked like any other channel.
What we measure
- Reservations and enquiries by venue and by source
- Google Business Profile actions: calls, direction requests, website clicks
- Cost per reservation on the nights that were actually targeted
- Review volume and rating trend over time
Commercial goal: Sales and qualified leads
Retail & Professional Services
Capabilities involved
The typical problem
Retailers compete with marketplaces on price and lose. Professional services rely on referral and go quiet when the network does. In both cases the website exists but does very little, and nobody is measuring what it could be doing.
How we approach it
Compete on something other than price. For retail that means owning search demand and building a repeat-purchase channel; for professional services it means making expertise visible and turning the site into a route that produces enquiries the business can actually service.
What we measure
- Online sales or qualified enquiries, depending on the model
- Organic search visibility for commercially relevant terms
- Cost per acquisition against average order or engagement value
- Repeat purchase or repeat enquiry rate
